Has any one else read the novels about *Dexter Morgan by Jeff Lindsay.
Personally I first meet Dexter in the Showtime  TV series after my step brother got me in back during season one. After watching the last season I fond the desire to picked up the first book and soon moved on to the second. I have to say that this guy has grown on me rather like Anthony Hopkins did in the silence of the lambs and its related movies and cant wait till September when the fifth book is due out.

I'm on chapter 5 of Darkly Dreaming Dexter, the first book.  I have seasons 1-3 of the show on DVD and love them, and I'm liking the book since, as with most book versions of a story, there's greater ability to get into the character's head (and how far into Dexter's head do we want to go?).
