Yea, and Mascherano is prone to yellow cards. I can see that Argentine team racking up a lot of goals however, so I agree that sticking with some of their attacking players is worth it for the meantime. Can't wait for the game later. My Torres VS your Villa - glad I don't have any money on it  :P

*head -- desk* Torres got 1 point (doubled to 2 for captain ><) and Casillas wasn't much better. I think I need to call South Africa and tell them they got the wrong script and to re-play the match.

I wasn't able to watch the match. But I have to say, WHAT UNDER ALL THE HEAVENS HAPPENED OUT THERE? Spain are meant to be one of the favourites, and it looks like they got taken to pieces! I may have held on to the lead for the wind up of the first round of Versus The World Cup League, but I don't really feel all that good about it after that. I was kind of hoping for a nailbiter.

At any rate, Round 1 teams are now available for viewing.

Yea, I only got home in time for the last 20 minutes, seen the score, and thought omffffffffffg. At least Torres was on, I know he didn't start  >:(

From what I saw of the last 20 minutes, Spain had near constant possession but just couldn't seem to get it into the box. Due credit to the Swiss defence but every ball in from the wing I saw didn't make it over the first man ><

And yeah, I got a peek at your team - I'll trade you Milner for another Maicon :P

Same here... Messi did okay-ish... although being touted as Best in the World makes me feel like he's drastically underperforming, but watching him work the ball is still a thing of beauty. Di Maria was mediocre again.

I can't believe I transferred Malouda out and he did better than Ribery, who I kept. /RAGE. Hopefull my new transfer Montolivo can make up the difference.

I had Schweinsteiger and Lahm again. A yellow card each. I want to hit something.

PLEASEOHPLEASEOHPLEASE Johnson, Cole, show me some points already.

Yeah, had Lahm as Captain, guess I'll switch that to Maicon though. Also had Vidic on, who would have done okay except giving away a pen and picking up a yellow for -2 ><

God damn Honda only has a slow game whenever I pick him  >:(

Gambling 17 points on Torres tonight (on the advice of a mate who might get strangled tomorrow)
