Mega Build $5,668.88: NewEgg
Still Crazy Build $4,128.88: NewEgg
Awesome Build  $2,988.89: NewEgg
Reasonable Build $1,988.71: NewEgg

All builds are based on Intel Socket 2011-v3 and Nvidia Graphic Cards for gaming and overclocking purposes. There may be additional discounts available through bundle savings but the NewEgg wishlist does not let you share the bundles. All builds are computer only, it does not include keyboard, mouse, monitor or a headset.

These also include Harddrives and/or SSD's and Power Supplies. These are FULL builds and you're welcome to exchange parts out. Dropping HDDs or SSDs tends to be a good 500+

I think i'm going to keep a log of what actually goes into my deciding what parts I put into my next computer. I'll probably build it end of this year/beginning of next

So. I'm thinking about upgrading.

Specs so far:

Mobo: Gigabyte B85M-DS3H I think this one can stick. Also swapping a mobo invalidates an OEM OS, right?
CPU: i5-4670 3.4 GHz (4 cores)
GPU: GTX 750Ti

I'm thinking about buying a new GPU, the current one seems to be having problems with ArmA 3 and Star Citizen. I was thinking around the 200-300$ price range. More preciesly: GTX 970 (based on price/performance its way above anything else). However. With black friday and cyber monday incoming, I was also thinking putting the buy on hold and trying to find a deal. Also I need to find a retailer that ships to east europe >.> (or not, there might be other options)

Ideas?

Also when is Black Friday/Cyber Monday?

I would suggest waiting and saving your money for Nvidia's next round of GPU's coming out next year. If you really can't wait the GTX 950 and 970 have great value behind them: (GTX 950 http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/asus-geforce-gtx-950-strix,4270.html) but the new gpu's are going to be a pretty big leap forward (http://www.extremetech.com/gaming/201417-nvidias-2016-roadmap-shows-huge-performance-gains-from-upcoming-pascal-architecture).

Not only is the performance going to be better but the next GPU architecture isn't scheduled to come out until 2018 and could possibly be pushed back even further (http://vr-zone.com/articles/nvidia-pascal-gpus-arriving-next-year-volta-debut-2018/88998.html).

Star Citizen's engine isn't even close to complete and is rough even on the most beefy of systems. ARMA 3 will run 60fps on a GTX970 on very high settings if that's what you're looking for...keeping in mind that the engine is 2 years old and has never scaled well on any gpu.
