· Rant and Review :  Repo! The Genetic Opera
A film by Darren Lynn Bousman - 2008 film, from the producers of Saw.

Living in the 21st century isn’t easy. Organ failures are rampant within the towns, but from the crumbling despair and cries of help comes GeneCo. GeneCo helps to preserve the life of those with organ failure by giving them a “lease” on their life. If however, they fail to make a payment, the Repo-man extracts GeneCo’s property – willing or not. After all, “The show must go on.”

Alexa Vega – Shiloh Wallace - She is best known for playing Carmen Cortez in the Spy Kids film series. She is currently filming Sin City: A dame to die for (A must watch movie for any geek). She just wrapped up filming for Machete Kills as the character KillJoy

Paul Sorvino – Rotti Largo - Paul Sorvino has made a solid career of portraying authority figures. He originally had his heart set on a life as an opera singer. He played as Fulgencio Capulet in the 1996 film Romeo & Juliet. Played as the character Lips Manlis in the 1990 adaption of Dick Tracy. Currently filming for the 2013 movie A place For Heroes. He plays the character Vincent. The movie: A daughter's search reveals a World War II hero's checkered past.

Anthony Head – Nathan/Repo Man - Well if you know Buffy The Vampire Slayer that was on The WB or on Seattle’s CW11, you know him as Giles. His own home in Somerset, which he shares with Sarah, Daisy and Emily, was used for the filming of some episodes of "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" (1997). He is the younger brother of musical actor Murray Head who originated the role of Judas on the original album of 'Jesus Christ Superstar'. Known also for playing the role as Uther Pendragon in the british series ‘Merlin’. He just wrapped up filming for Percy Jackson: Sea Of Monsters as the character Chiron - film should be out sometime this year hopefully. Their Aiming for August 16th right now.

Sarah Brightman – Blind Mag - Sarah Brightman's soprano voice has sold millions of records and been heard in arenas, cathedrals, and Olympic stadiums around the world. Brightman is the winner of more than 180 gold and platinum awards in 40 countries, and is a concert artist who has performed before millions of fans on every continent. She performed the song “Time to say goodbye” for the film Wanted (2008), which won her the Golden Lion Award. She was also married to THE Andrew Lloyd Webber According to my notes and IMDB, Repo was the first true acting assignment that Sarah has done.

Paris Hilton – Amber Sweet - Well she looks like a rat. She had a sex tape. She can sing - sometimes (at least that’s what whoever gave her a record deal thought). Her acting in repo wasn’t that bad although would have liked to see less of her actual face. (“Face-Off”)  ( I love this description, who wrote it?)

Bill Moseley – Luigi Largo - Has a band with Guns N' Roses guitar player Buckethead called "Cornbugs." Played the Deadite Captain in Army Of Darkness (1992).

Nivek Ogre – Pavi Largo - Met Cevin Key in Vancouver in 1982 and Skinny Puppy was formed the following year. Repo was his only and first acting gig.

Terrance Zdunich – Grave robber - Bedazzled (storyboard artist uncredited)

Sarah Power – Marni - Saw V as Angelina. Coincidence?

Nancy Long – Marni’s singing voice -
